3D Ultimate Caviation
Our non-surgical fat reduction treatments are a popular alternative to liposuction. This treatment is carried out using an ultrasound technology called cavitation. A low-frequency ultrasound is used to produce a strong wave that disintegrates the fat membranes into a liquid state.
This liquid is broken down into two elements. One is oil, one is water and both are processed by the body’s natural mechanisms. The oil content is picked up by the lymphatic system and is taken through the body, through the lymph system and then excreted. The water content is absorbed by the blood and utilised as energy within the body.
As this process naturally eliminates the cells resulting in instant fat loss. Finally, the liquidated cells are helped to be flushed through and out of the body by increasing the intake of water during the 8-week course.
Although results are seen without diets or exercise, by combining a healthier lifestyle whilst on 3D Lipo you will enhance your body sculpting enormously. You can get to your goals in half the time and less the work. 3D Lipo is also endorsed by a host of celebrities such as Towie star Amy Childs, Apprentice winner Dr Leah Totton and Sir Alan Sugar himself.
This system delivers a 3-Dimensional alternative to liposuction, with non-surgical technologies targeting fat reduction and skin tightening.

How Many Treatments do I need?
Treatments such as Cryolipolysis are ideal for those with small pockets of fat. However, this type of fat reduction treatment is perfect for those wanting to see overall inch loss. Cavitation is best for treating the abdomen, thighs and muffin top area and a course of 8 treatments are recommended. At the Greenwich Spa we include one Fat freezing treatment to start off your transformation journey. Afterwards to achieve the best results, we advise that cavitation is combined with our other technologies such as radio frequency skin tightening or fat melting, along with shockwave therapy to help the body to expel the disintegrated. Though, our therapists will recommend the best treatment plan for you based on your requirements and expectations.
What Can I Expect During my Treatment?
3D Cavitation at The Greenwich Spa involves a gently gliding with the hand piece over the treatment area, delivering ultrasound waves into the body. A warm sensation of the hand piece can occur as a result of massaging the area however, the majority of clients consistently describe a painless and comfortable experience.
The average session duration of cavitation lasts around 30-40 minutes but this can vary depending on the size of the treatment area. The whole treatment will be around 90min per session.
To monitor your progress, we will also take your measurements on your 1st, 4th and final treatments so that we can track your overall inch loss. We recommend that all of our clients follow a healthy lifestyle and drink plenty of water to help maintain optimal results. We also recommending juice cleanses from www.Mydetoxdiet.co.uk which helps to maintain and reduce the weight.
Is There Any Downtime?
As this is a non-surgical treatment, there is no downtime required afterwards – you can return to work and your everyday life immediately!
You may see a couple of minor side effects such as redness, bruising and skin sensitivity but this will clear up within a few days of having treatment.
