Booking and Payment Policy:
- Full payment for treatments will be charged at the time of booking. Appointments are scheduled for specific time slots; if you arrive late, your service may be adjusted to fit within the remaining time, but the full-service price will still apply.
Cancellation Policy:
- We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur the full charge unless we are able to rebook the appointment.
Pregnancy and Health Conditions:
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please note that we do not offer treatments during the first trimester or after 32 weeks of pregnancy. It is essential that you inform us before booking your treatment. If you fail to notify us and we cannot perform the treatment on the day of your appointment, the full treatment price will be charged. Please also be aware that we do not provide massages throughout pregnancy.
- If you have any medical conditions, such as cancer (or a history of cancer within the past 5 years), take steroids or blood thinners, or have any allergies, please contact us prior to booking. If you book a treatment without prior consultation and it cannot be performed, the full charge will apply. This also applies to skin tag removal—please ensure you schedule a consultation before booking the appointment.
Treatment Suitability:
- Most of our treatments are suitable for men, except for intimate waxing. If you’re unsure whether a treatment is appropriate for you, we are happy to provide advice before you book.
Consultation Form:
- A consultation form will be sent to you via email. Please complete it prior to your treatment. If you haven’t received the form before your appointment, you will be required to fill it out at the spa. Without a completed form, we cannot perform the treatment. If you refuse to complete the form, your deposit will be retained for the booked time slot.
Appointment Only Policy:
- We are an appointment-only spa. Your therapist will greet you and let you into the spa at your scheduled time.
Memberships:
- Memberships are valid for one year. If you need an extension due to medical reasons or circumstances beyond your control, we can extend your membership for up to six months. Please provide the necessary documentation within the first 12 months of your membership.
