On time of booking the full treatment price will be charged. Appointments are booked for specific time slots; if you arrive late your service may be customised to your remaining time slot at the full service price.

Cancellations: As a courtesy to both our service and guests on the waiting list we kindly ask that you give us 48 hour-notice of any cancellation or amendment to your booking. Appointments cancelled at less than 48 hour notice will be charged in full unless we are able to re-let the appointment.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical conditions or allergies, please let us know so we can advise you which treatment to book.

Please note we do not offer appointments if you are in the first trimester of your pregnancy or from 32 weeks onwards. Please inform us before you book your treatment. If you do not inform us and we are unable to do the treatment the day you will be charged the full treatment price. Please be aware that we do not offer massages during the pregnancy.

Most of our treatments are suitable for men except intimite waxing. If you are not sure if a treatment is suitable for you, we are happy to advise you.

We will send you a consultation form via email. Please fill out the questionnaire prior to your treatment. If you have not received your form prior to your appointment you will be asked to fill the questionnaire out at the spa. Please note without a completed questionnaire we won’t be able to perform any treatment. To refuse to complete the questionnaire we will keep your deposit for the booked treatment slot.

We are an appointment only spa and the therapist will let you into the spa at your booked time.

We will ask all our clients to wear face mask. Excluding facials and massages.

All Memberships are valid for one year. If you need to extend the maximum time is 6 month.
